Issues we regularly fix.
Burner not igniting
A weak spark, blocked igniter hole or moisture around the burner is the usual reason a burner clicks but won't light.
Uneven or yellow flame
Yellow, uneven or noisy flames usually point to blocked burner ports or an air-mixture issue that needs adjustment.
Gas smell near the cooktop
A persistent gas smell can mean a loose connection, worn hose or valve issue that should be checked immediately.
Knob won't turn or click
Sticky or stiff knobs are often caused by spills getting into the valve mechanism underneath.
Auto-ignition not working
On auto-ignition models, a dead igniter battery or faulty spark module can stop the click-start feature.

Common questions.
Why won't one of my burners light?
This is usually a blocked igniter hole, moisture around the burner cap, or a worn spark igniter. We clean or replace the affected part and test the flame before we leave.
Is it safe to keep using the cooktop if I smell gas?
No. Turn off the cylinder and ventilate the kitchen, then call us. We check hoses, regulators and valve connections for leaks before returning the cooktop to use.
Can you fix a knob that won't turn?
Yes. Stiff or stuck knobs are usually a valve or spring issue underneath the panel, which we can clean, lubricate or replace as needed.
Do you service both auto-ignition and manual-light cooktops?
Yes, we service both types, including replacing igniter batteries, spark modules and burner assemblies on auto-ignition models.
How often should a cooktop be professionally checked?
We suggest a check once a year, or sooner if you notice uneven flames, ignition trouble or a gas smell.
